Meet Your Soulful Home Stylist!
Hi, My name is Elaine
I am a SOULFUL Home Stylist and the founder of Soul Divine Living. I am a second generation Chinese Canadian (with ancestral origins in Zhongshan, Guangdong) and formerly a home organizer but I have discovered that my passion lies more in expressing my creativity through home styling. I am passionate about helping people design a soulful, beautiful and functional environment that sparks inspiration and creativity and one that they can ultimately call their home.
My experience with decorating my very first place in Toronto (after moving from Vancouver) made me feel more productive, happier, and very proud of myself. I want to bring the same kind of transformation that I experienced styling my own home into other people’s lives.

Privilege and Land Acknowledgment
Soul Divine Living acknowledges that they are able-bodied, neurotypical, cishetero, relatively young, Canadian-born, fairly mentally and emotionally healthy, and university educated which bring a certain level of socioeconomic privilege as they fit in with societal norms that people who don't have these privileges may not necessarily experience.
Soul Divine Living also acknowledge that they are located on the traditional unceded territories of many nations including the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh
and is home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. This was where Indigenous Peoples called the land home, dating back over 10,000 years, before the arrival of European settlers and colonizers. This acknowledgment is an act of reconciliation, honouring the resilience and sufferings of Indigenous Peoples while reminding us of the harm and atrocities against Indigenous communities that colonizers have and still are causing.
